Whistleblower's Stunning Claim: "NSA Has All Of Hillary's Deleted Emails, It May Be The Leak"

...Speaking on Aaron Klein's Sunday radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and Philadelphia’s NewsTalk 990 AM, Binney raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use.
Binney was an architect of the NSA’s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001, after spending more than 30 years with the agency. He referenced testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in March 2011 by then-FBI Director Robert S. Mueller in which Meuller spoke of the FBI’s ability to access various secretive databases “to track down known and suspected terrorists.” 

“Now what he (Mueller) is talking about is going into the NSA database, which is shown of course in the (Edward) Snowden material released, which shows a direct access into the NSA database by the FBI and the CIA. Which there is no oversight of by the way. So that means that NSA and a number of agencies in the U.S. government also have those emails.”

When Assisted Suicide Becomes Coercive

Recently, an elderly Vermont woman found herself repeatedly pressured to commit assisted suicide. Her grave ailment? Only a broken wrist. Nevertheless, staff at her rehab center “repeatedly asked the elderly woman if she was in pain or depressed; then they would remind her that she could commit doctor-prescribed suicide under the new law.”
Advocates of assisted suicide have blown off claims that these laws could lead to this sort of pressure to die. But in the face of high end-of-life costs, Guy Page of the Vermont Alliance for Ethical Healthcare said, “It doesn’t take a health care economist to see the shortest distance in finding ways to reduce health care costs is physician-assisted suicide.” This means that in some circumstances, the main factor in “choosing” to die could very well be more related to money than patient condition.  MORE

1 San Diego cop killed, another wounded in shooting

One San Diego police officer was killed and another one wounded when a driver they stopped Thursday night opened fire on them in the latest in a series of cop shootings around the nation.

The suspected shooter was arrested, and police said they were not pursuing any other suspects. Neither the police officers' nor the alleged gunman's names were immediately released. MORE

WikiLeaks Reveals Media Collusion

The radical leftist collective known as WikiLeaks tried to ruin the Democratic convention by posting a trove of Democratic National Committee emails that easily proved that party leader Debbie Wasserman Schultz and her staff shunned neutrality in favor of pushing Hillary Clinton's nomination. The Bernie Sanders socialists were enraged, their suspicions confirmed.
The media paid some attention to that, especially when Schultz was quickly ousted from her job. Guess what else was confirmed, which the media largely skipped over? The evidence in the emails that revealed great chumminess and coordination between Democrats and the supposedly "objective" national press.

Normandy Priest Slaughter: Europe Teeters on the Brink

Still reeling from a truck attack in the French resort city of Nice on Bastille Day that left 84 dead and more than 300 wounded, France was hit yet again with Islamic terrorism, this time in the northern French town of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray. The carnage began at approximately 9am on Tuesday when two knife-wielding Muslim terrorists, chanting their battle cry of “Allahuakbar,” burst into a church during morning mass and took hostages. They then proceeded to murder, Jacques Hamel, an 86-year-old priest by slitting his throat before being shot dead by police snipers. Another hostage, gravely wounded by the attackers, is reported to be hovering between life and death. The remaining three hostages survived unharmed.
The terrorists swore allegiance to ISIS and the group claimed responsibility for the attack through its propaganda outlet.

...  Now we are in the post-convention phase of the campaign. Trump leads by .2 percent in the RCP Average and has cleared 44 percent of the vote. FiveThirtyEight gives Trump a 46.1 percent chance of winning overall and a 54.5 percent chance of winning on Election Day, if things look then the way they do today. Yet we continue to hear arguments as to why he just won’t win: She’ll move into the lead after her convention, or after the debates, or when people go into the polls and have a final soul-searching moment.

It Begins… Brazilian School Forces Jewish Students to Identify All Jews Among Them

Brazilian substitute headmaster José Fernando Schlosser has forced all Jewish students and teachers to sign a document to identify all Jews among them. The names will be given to the Solidarity with Palestine Committee.

With Obama’s typical use of technicalities to avoid transparency, Directive 11 was used to guide policy in the Middle East without being officially submitted. It is possible that it will never be submitted. And yet the Directive 11 group was described as “just finishing its work” when the Arab Spring began.

Being obese may boost heart attack victims’ chances of survival

Being obese could actually improve the chances of survival after a heart attack because excess fat appears to fight heart disease, a study has shown.
Scientists have been puzzled as to why people classed as very overweight lived longer after a heart attack than those with a healthy Body Mass Index.
However, a study of tissue collected from patients undergoing heart surgery found that fat surrounding damaged blood vessels releases chemicals that start to battle heart disease.
Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in the UK, killing more than 73,000 people each year. It develops when the heart’s blood supply is blocked or interrupted by a build-up of fatty substances in the coronary arteries.READ MORE

Dear doctor: Did you just identify the gender of that baby? You are a bigot.

The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal has agreed to review complaints filed by the Trans Alliance Society and a handful of transgender and intersex individuals, who argue that doctors should stop assigning the sex of a baby based on a quick inspection of the baby’s genitals at birth when there’s a possibility they may identify under a different gender, or no gender, years later.

“Birth certificates (may) give false information about people and characterize them in a way that is actually wrong, that assumes to be right, and causes people … actual harm,” said Morgane Oger, a transgender woman in Vancouver and chair of the society.

Bruce Jenner and the culture of insanity

The current main pop-culture headline involves former Olympian Bruce Jenner “transitioning” into a woman.  He’s on the cover of Vanity Fair as “Caitlyn,” and he’ll be receiving the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2015 ESPY Awards.
Sadly, a large segment of our culture celebrates that which shouldn’t be celebrated. Jenner needs compassion – he obviously has a significant mental affliction – but he certainly doesn’t deserve an award for courage.  There’s nothing courageous about a man living as a woman.

Obama preps 'final assault' on 2nd Amendment

Critics are warning that the Obama administration is readying for a “final assault” on Second Amendment rights as the Justice Department plans to move forward on a long list of new gun rules, according to the Hill.

The report says the agency has proposed the regulations to enact before Obama leaves office.
“It’s clear President Obama is beginning his final assault on our Second Amendment rights by forcing his anti-gun agenda on honest law-abiding citizens through executive force,” Luke O’Dell, vice president of political affairs at the National Association for Gun Rights, told the Hill.
The agency’s plans, released by Unified Agenda, a list of rules that federal bureaucrats are working on, apparently are to focus on people who do not qualify for gun ownership, and stem from Obama’s pursuit of regulations following the school shooting in Sandy Hook.
Obama failed, repeatedly, to get many of those ideas through Congress in the wake of Sandy Hook, and issued 23 executive actions pursuing his aims.

The Patriot Act Just Made Rand Paul GOP Enemy No. 1

The three provisions that expired at midnight include Section 215, which was the legal basis for the NSA’s bulk collection of metadata; the provision on roving wiretaps; and a section authorizing surveillance against so-called lone wolves.
But Paul’s actions won’t have lasting effect, from the perspective of the law.
While the authorities are expiring, the expectation is that the Senate will return later this week to reauthorize sections of the Patriot Act, albeit with reforms and restrictions outlined in the House-passed USA Freedom Act. The latest dispatch from the United Kingdom’s ongoing campaign to eliminate all forms of armed self-defense seems too incredible to be true. Unfortunately, after tracking down the origin of a publicly distributed statement regarding self-defense products on the country’s “Ask the Police” website, we can confirm that British subjects continue to live at the mercy of their potential attackers.  Even to the point of baffling absurdity....

The question at issue asks, “Are there any legal self defence products that I can buy?” Succinctly epitomizing the sad state of natural rights in Great Britain, the first sentence states, “The only fully legal self defence product at the moment is a rape alarm.”...

 “You must not get a product which is made or adapted to cause a person injury. Possession of such a product in public (and in private in specific circumstances) is against the law.” So even in the sanctity of one’s home, the statement seems to suggest that care for violent offenders outweighs the rights of potential victims to be safe and secure against attack.   READ MORE

Feds won't stop spying on citizens

A former high-ranking official at the U.S. National Security Agency said Sunday night the NSA will continue to spy on American citizens irrespective of any action taken by Congress on the Patriot Act.
William Binney, known to many as the architect of the NSA who became a whistleblower against the agency during the administration of George W. Bush, made the comment on Aaron Klein Investigative Radio.
Klein asked Binney, who served as NSA’s technical director: “Do you see the NSA actually continuing with the collection of millions of Americans’ phone records and emails?”
“Yes I do,” Binney responded, “And, in fact, they’ll be doing it under Executive Order 12333, Section 2.3.c where it authorizes them to … collect [from] any device if their intention is to go for a terrorist or a dope smuggler or an international crime. Which means they can take any fiber-optic line … collect it all and say we’re going after terrorists, and oh by the way, we’re gonna keep all the data anyway, and it’s called coincidental collection of U.S. citizens.”

The Hastert Affair

So bad that an apparent sex abuser paying off an extortionist $3.5 million could become the speaker of the House, the third highest-ranking official in the country, serving longer in that position than any other Republican.

That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I think about the Denny Hastert affair.
Where are the checks and balances? Where are the muckraking reporters? After all, this guy was a Republican – meaning the press has no excuses!
The next thing that comes to mind for me is how a schoolteacher and wrestling coach turned politician could earn enough to pay off $3.5 million to a blackmailer.
I found the answer, and it’s not surprising. He turned a handsome profit on some Illinois farmland that he just happened to secure an earmark for the federal government to buy up to turn into a controversial highway.
