Document demands the identification of all Jews.
Brazilian substitute headmaster José Fernando Schlosser has forced all Jewish students and teachers to sign a document to identify all Jews among them. The names will be given to the Solidarity with Palestine Committee.
Pamela Geller reported:
Israel Bloom from Portugal’s blog AMIGO DE ISRAEL (Friend of Israel) sent me this. It’s 1938 all over again.
Difficult times are here again for us.
In Brazil, Mr. José Fernando Schlosser, substitute headmaster of Federal University of Santa Maria, forced all Jewish students and teachers to sign a document to identify the Jews among them.
The document was inspired on President Dilma Roussef politics of condamnation of Israel «crimes» against «Palestiniana People» and the names will be delivered to a Comitee of Solidarity With «Palestine».

Directive 11 ... Obama Secret Islamist Plan

http://www.frontpagemag.com/2015/dgreenfield/directive-11-obamas-secret-islamist-plan/
Behind the rise of ISIS, the Libyan Civil War, the unrest in Egypt, Yemen and across the region may be a single classified document.
That document is Presidential Study Directive 11.
You can download Presidential Study Directive 10 on “Preventing Mass Atrocities” from the White House website, but as of yet no one has been able to properly pry number 11 out of Obama Inc.
Presidential Study Directive 10, in which Obama asked for non-military options for stopping genocide, proved to be a miserable failure. The Atrocities Prevention Board’s only use was as a fig leaf for a policy that had caused the atrocities. And the cause of those atrocities is buried inside Directive 11.
With Obama’s typical use of technicalities to avoid transparency, Directive 11 was used to guide policy in the Middle East without being officially submitted. It is possible that it will never be submitted. And yet the Directive 11 group was described as “just finishing its work” when the Arab Spring began.

Being obese may boost heart attack victims’ chances of survival

http://news.nationalpost.com/health/being-obese-may-boost-heart-attack-victims-chances-of-survival
Being obese could actually improve the chances of survival after a heart attack because excess fat appears to fight heart disease, a study has shown.
Scientists have been puzzled as to why people classed as very overweight lived longer after a heart attack than those with a healthy Body Mass Index.
However, a study of tissue collected from patients undergoing heart surgery found that fat surrounding damaged blood vessels releases chemicals that start to battle heart disease.
Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in the UK, killing more than 73,000 people each year. It develops when the heart’s blood supply is blocked or interrupted by a build-up of fatty substances in the coronary arteries.READ MORE

Wikileaks Exposes Obama Phony Trade Bill. Only 5 of 29 Chapters About Trade

http://redstatements.co/wikileaks-exposes-obamas-phony-trade-bill-only-5-of-29-chapters-about-trade/
Wikileaks has gotten their hands on a copy of Obama’s phony TPP trade bill.  It contains 29 chapters but only 5 pertain to trade.  Wikileaks will be publishing the entire bill and they have already released the chapter on Investment.  It’s very interesting.  It is written in a such a way as to give multinational companies a huge advantage on trade.  If a public hospital is built close to a private one, the private hospital has the right to sue the country for expected losses.  That is outrageous.READ MORE

Dear doctor: Did you just identify the gender of that baby? You are a bigot.

https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/identifying-the-genitalia-of-newborn-babies-is-bigotry-the-newest-gender-ma
The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal has agreed to review complaints filed by the Trans Alliance Society and a handful of transgender and intersex individuals, who argue that doctors should stop assigning the sex of a baby based on a quick inspection of the baby’s genitals at birth when there’s a possibility they may identify under a different gender, or no gender, years later.
“Birth certificates (may) give false information about people and characterize them in a way that is actually wrong, that assumes to be right, and causes people … actual harm,” said Morgane Oger, a transgender woman in Vancouver and chair of the society.
“It’s considered true and infallible when it isn’t.” READ MORE

“I support people having a gun in public full stop, not just in your home. We don’t have the right to bear arms because of burglars; we have the right to bear arms to resist the supreme power of a corrupt and abusive government. It’s not about duck hunting; it’s about the ability of the individual. It’s the same reason we have freedom of speech. It’s well known that the greatest defence against an intruder is the sound of a gun hammer being pulled back. All these gun shootings that have gone down in America since 1950, only one or maybe two have happened in non-gun-free zones. read more

Bruce Jenner and the culture of insanity

The current main pop-culture headline involves former Olympian Bruce Jenner “transitioning” into a woman.  He’s on the cover of Vanity Fair as “Caitlyn,” and he’ll be receiving the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2015 ESPY Awards.
Sadly, a large segment of our culture celebrates that which shouldn’t be celebrated. Jenner needs compassion – he obviously has a significant mental affliction – but he certainly doesn’t deserve an award for courage.  There’s nothing courageous about a man living as a woman.

Obama preps 'final assault' on 2nd Amendment

Critics are warning that the Obama administration is readying for a “final assault” on Second Amendment rights as the Justice Department plans to move forward on a long list of new gun rules, according to the Hill.
The report says the agency has proposed the regulations to enact before Obama leaves office.
“It’s clear President Obama is beginning his final assault on our Second Amendment rights by forcing his anti-gun agenda on honest law-abiding citizens through executive force,” Luke O’Dell, vice president of political affairs at the National Association for Gun Rights, told the Hill.
The agency’s plans, released by Unified Agenda, a list of rules that federal bureaucrats are working on, apparently are to focus on people who do not qualify for gun ownership, and stem from Obama’s pursuit of regulations following the school shooting in Sandy Hook.
Obama failed, repeatedly, to get many of those ideas through Congress in the wake of Sandy Hook, and issued 23 executive actions pursuing his aims.

The Patriot Act Just Made Rand Paul GOP Enemy No. 1

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/05/31/the-patriot-act-just-made-rand-paul-gop-enemy-number-one.html
The three provisions that expired at midnight include Section 215, which was the legal basis for the NSA’s bulk collection of metadata; the provision on roving wiretaps; and a section authorizing surveillance against so-called lone wolves.
But Paul’s actions won’t have lasting effect, from the perspective of the law.
While the authorities are expiring, the expectation is that the Senate will return later this week to reauthorize sections of the Patriot Act, albeit with reforms and restrictions outlined in the House-passed USA Freedom Act. In the meantime, backdoor provisions and alternate collection schemes will allow U.S. spies to continue surveilling important targets. READ MORE

Be sure not to injure your rapist

http://hotair.com/archives/2015/05/31/meanwhile-in-the-uk-be-sure-not-to-injure-your-rapist/
The latest dispatch from the United Kingdom’s ongoing campaign to eliminate all forms of armed self-defense seems too incredible to be true. Unfortunately, after tracking down the origin of a publicly distributed statement regarding self-defense products on the country’s “Ask the Police” website, we can confirm that British subjects continue to live at the mercy of their potential attackers.  Even to the point of baffling absurdity....

The question at issue asks, “Are there any legal self defence products that I can buy?” Succinctly epitomizing the sad state of natural rights in Great Britain, the first sentence states, “The only fully legal self defence product at the moment is a rape alarm.”...
“You must not get a product which is made or adapted to cause a person injury. Possession of such a product in public (and in private in specific circumstances) is against the law.” So even in the sanctity of one’s home, the statement seems to suggest that care for violent offenders outweighs the rights of potential victims to be safe and secure against attack.   READ MORE

Feds won't stop spying on citizens

A former high-ranking official at the U.S. National Security Agency said Sunday night the NSA will continue to spy on American citizens irrespective of any action taken by Congress on the Patriot Act.
William Binney, known to many as the architect of the NSA who became a whistleblower against the agency during the administration of George W. Bush, made the comment on Aaron Klein Investigative Radio.
Klein asked Binney, who served as NSA’s technical director: “Do you see the NSA actually continuing with the collection of millions of Americans’ phone records and emails?”
“Yes I do,” Binney responded, “And, in fact, they’ll be doing it under Executive Order 12333, Section 2.3.c where it authorizes them to … collect [from] any device if their intention is to go for a terrorist or a dope smuggler or an international crime. Which means they can take any fiber-optic line … collect it all and say we’re going after terrorists, and oh by the way, we’re gonna keep all the data anyway, and it’s called coincidental collection of U.S. citizens.”

The Hastert Affair

http://www.wnd.com/2015/05/inside-the-denny-hastert-affair/#m1sm4axf1yQr0Al2.99
So bad that an apparent sex abuser paying off an extortionist $3.5 million could become the speaker of the House, the third highest-ranking official in the country, serving longer in that position than any other Republican.
That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I think about the Denny Hastert affair.
Where are the checks and balances? Where are the muckraking reporters? After all, this guy was a Republican – meaning the press has no excuses!
The next thing that comes to mind for me is how a schoolteacher and wrestling coach turned politician could earn enough to pay off $3.5 million to a blackmailer.
I found the answer, and it’s not surprising. He turned a handsome profit on some Illinois farmland that he just happened to secure an earmark for the federal government to buy up to turn into a controversial highway.

Here's the Lowdown on the FCC

If you like your wireless plan, you should be able to keep it. But new federal regulations may take away your freedom to choose the best broadband plan for you. It's all part of the federal government's 332-page plan to regulate the Internet like a public utility — a plan President Barack Obama asked the Federal Communications Commission to implement in November and that is coming up for a vote Feb. 26.
While the plan contains no shortage of regulations, the most problematic may be the new "Internet conduct" rule. It's a vague rule that gives the FCC almost unfettered discretion to micromanage virtually every aspect of the Internet, including the choices that consumers have for accessing it. If a company doesn't want to offer an expensive, unlimited data plan, it could find itself in the FCC's cross hairs.

PLEASE Read this... If you read nothing else this year...

...We are misled in a second way, by a well-intentioned but dishonest campaign to deny the Islamic State’s medieval religious nature. Peter Bergen, who produced the first interview with bin Laden in 1997, titled his first book Holy War, Inc. in part to acknowledge bin Laden as a creature of the modern secular world. Bin Laden corporatized terror and franchised it out. He requested specific political concessions, such as the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Saudi Arabia. His foot soldiers navigated the modern world confidently. On Mohammad Atta’s last full day of life, he shopped at Walmart and ate dinner at Pizza Hut.

Strange Timing of the Brian Williams’ Affair

Twelve years ago Brian Williams made an astonishing claim. He said a Chinook helicopter he was flying in was shot down in Iraq. Now, few would believe such a claim could be a lie, because nobody would make such an easily verifiable claim if it were. It is an exercise in the strategy of Joseph Goebbels; if you are going to lie you go all in.
There is only one problem; reality disagreed with Williams’ claim. So did everyone who was present. The truth just came out, thirteen years later.
This is puzzling, very puzzling. Why did it take so long for an obvious fabrication to be noticed by the media? It’s not as if the executives at NBC were unaware of the problem.  But for some strange reason nobody bothered to check on this matter - until the military publication Stars and Stripes broke the story.

Islam Scholar Schools President Obama

...Let me start with the Civil War — I mean this is a president who — we can excuse him for his ignorance of Islamic theology and Islamic history, you know despite his nominal background in Islam as a child. But excuse me, but the abolitionists were Christians, and the United States literally went to war with itself, unlike any other society before, to extirpate the longstanding, thousand year longstanding evil of slavery in virtually every human civilization. It’s just appalling that he doesn’t even grasp that fundamental decency about this country.  READ MORE

Are You Watching TV ... or Is TV Watching You?

Why worry about Big Brother?

It's your big Samsung TV that's watching you. Oh, and listening to you.

That seems to be the conclusion from reading the privacy small print offered by the company. (Samsung's motto: TV has never been this smart.)

It concerns the voice-recognition feature, vital for everyone who finds pressing a few buttons on their remote far too tiresome.

The wording, first spotted by the Daily Beast, first informs you that the company may "capture voice commands and associated texts so that we can provide you with Voice Recognition features and evaluate and improve the features."

This is almost understandable. It's a little like every single customer service call, supposedly recorded to make your next customer service call far, far more enjoyable.

However, the following words border on the numbing: "Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information, that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party through your use of Voice Recognition."

Same Sex Parenting a DISASTER!

Fresh research has just tossed a grenade into the incendiary issue of same-sex parenting. Writing in the British Journal of Education, Society & Behavioural Science, a peer-reviewed journal, American sociologist Paul Sullins concludes that children’s “Emotional problems [are] over twice as prevalent for children with same-sex parents than for children with opposite-sex parents”.
He says confidently: “it is no longer accurate to claim that no study has found children in same-sex families to be disadvantaged relative to those in opposite-sex families.”

The Final, Final Nail in the Global Warming Coffin?? (Probably Not)

When future generations look back on the global-warming scare of the past 30 years, nothing will shock them more than the extent to which the official temperature records – on which the entire panic ultimately rested – were systematically “adjusted” to show the Earth as having warmed much more than the actual data justified.

Hold on a sec. Before we get too much in a dither....

Today we're going to try and put the world in a more accurate perspective. Are we really going to hell in a handbasket, or are we just focusing on the wrong things.  Maybe we are actually doing much better than we think.  Get a load of the following facts:

_ The number of people killed in battle – calculated per 100,000 population – has dropped by 1,000-fold over the centuries as civilizations evolved. Before there were organized countries, battles killed on average more than 500 out of every 100,000 people. In 19th century France, it was 70. In the 20th century with two world wars and a few genocides, it was 60. Now battlefield deaths are down to three-tenths of a person per 100,000.

_In 1970, there were over 958 million people who were considered chronically hungry.
  • In 2010, there were slightly fewer chronically hungry individuals, but still a staggering 925 million.
  • Yet, in 1970 the world population was only 3.7 Billion.
  • Whereas in 2010 it reached 6.8 Billion.
  • When you look at the ratio of hungry people to the relative global population, in 1970, 25.8% of the world was hungry.
  • Whereas in 2010, only 13.6% of the world was considered hungry.
  • That’s a 47% decrease in 40 years.

_ The rate of genocide deaths per world population was 1,400 times higher in 1942 than today.

_Income. The middle class today are wealthier (in terms of real dollars’ buying power) than the rich only a century ago.
Environment. Aside for greenhouse gases, Easterbrook shows that virtually all forms of pollution and environmental damage are in decline in the west. CFCs, industrial pollutants, lead in gasoline, just to name a few.
Crime. After peaking in the 1980s, violent crime is down significantly in the United States.
Class Divide. The richest may have more money, but the lifestyle they can buy (travel, home ownership, air conditioning, etc.) are no longer restricted to a minority of the population.
World Poverty. Although some pockets of the world continue to stagnate, the overall reduction in global poverty should be celebrated.
Education. More people are going to school than ever before, Easterbrook argues. And college degrees are now open to more people, rather than just the elite class.
Health Care. Sure, there may be flaws in any system, however people are living longer and healthier lives than before. Easterbrook claims that most diseases worldwide (AIDS is a notable exception) are in decline, and have been for years.
Prejudice. The leader of the United States is black. Even if prejudice still exists, keep in mind that over half a century ago, men like Obama hadn’t even secured voting rights.

_ There were fewer than 20 democracies in 1946. Now there are close to 100. Meanwhile, the number of authoritarian countries has dropped from a high of almost 90 in 1976 to about 25 now.

In fact it is difficult to find any area in which we have not substantially improved.  Please tune in today from 11a~2p on AM 1230 KBAR and tell me your take on things.
